DynaCy Labs LLC is a reverse engineering and vulnerability research company based in Cincinnati, Ohio, serving clients anywhere. We assess hardware and software products, document how they work, develop open source software, and provide IT, software, and security consulting.
Our research concentrates on firmware, wireless protocols, and the software that communicates with them. Every engagement ends with the complete research package delivered to the client, so the work can be verified, reproduced, and built upon.
Track record
- Authored the Xtensa processor module for Ghidra, included upstream since Ghidra 11.0.
- Developed a reverse engineering toolchain for ESP32 firmware: flash loader, image parser, and type and function-signature archives across ESP-IDF v2.0 to v5.1.
- Ongoing reverse engineering of consumer IoT hardware, firmware, and radio protocols.

Austin Conn
Founder
Austin Conn is a reverse engineer and vulnerability researcher specializing in firmware, wireless protocols, and the software that communicates with them. Earlier experience includes managing IT operations, administering databases, and developing software. Austin holds an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Cincinnati and an active TS/SCI clearance, and is employed as a cyber software engineer at Northrop Grumman.
